It was in 2018 that Emmanuel COUSIN established himself as a beekeeper in Villeneuve Saint-Germain, in the Aisne department (02), at the gates of Soissons. The business is family-run and sells what it produces from start to finish.

« With my bees » practices the transhumance of its bee colonies and produces six varieties of honey: Alfalfa, Acacia, Chestnut, Forest, Flower, and Linden, as well as honey-based treats: nougat, lollipops, gingerbread…
